How fresh is the coffee when it is shipped?
We roast our coffee in small batches throughout the week. All orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest beans possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our coffee beans and brewing equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Can I subscribe to regular coffee deliveries?
Absolutely. Our subscription service allows you to choose your favorite beans and frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Sustainability and ethics are at our core. We build long-term relationships with farmers, paying premium prices above Fair Trade minimums to ensure quality and fair living wages.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you provide coffee grinding services?
Yes, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred brewing method (e.g., Espresso, Filter, or French Press) on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
